Shipping & Refund

New Zealand

  • Free Shipping: Available on New Zealand orders over $100.
  • Please note that delivery times are subject to change during the holiday season or due to other circumstances beyond our control
  • We don't ship out of New Zealand at this stage

Please note:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes. Ensure a physical address is provided at checkout.
  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided, notify us immediately via email. We can amend the address if the package has not yet been dispatched.
  • We are not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Replacements or refunds will not be issued in such cases.
  • If a parcel is returned to us by the courier, additional shipping charges will apply to redirect the parcel to the correct address.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Faulty items: Faulty items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Procedure: Contact us with your order details and reason for return. Items must be returned within 7 days of the return request approval.
  • Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended to use a tracked courier service. We are not liable for missing returns, and returns will only be processed once received.
  • Exclusions: Sale items, silicone feeding items, and change-of-mind returns are not eligible for return or refund unless due to a product fault.

Faults

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order with the order number and details of the fault. We will offer a refund or replacement if available, upon receiving the returned item. Our team will assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipment error on our part.
  • For items that qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
