Do you have a physical Store?
We’re an online-only retailer, so we don’t have any physical stores.
If you have any questions about a product, our friendly Customer Service team is here to assist you.
I placed my order, but I have not received a confirmation email.
If you recently placed your order and didn’t immediately receive a confirmation email, there might be a few issues we can look into:
- Our emails might be in your junk or spam folder.
- There might have been a misspelling in the email address you entered during checkout.
- Your email server might have strong spam filters that are identifying our emails as spam, preventing them from going through.
Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
At present, we provide shipping only to New Zealand. We are diligently striving to extend our shipping services to additional countries soon. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Can I change or cancel my order
Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel your order or make any amendments.
Please ensure all items and details are correct before finalising your order, including your shipping address.

Our products are made from high quality materials and when treated with care have a good longevity.
All items are quality-checked during packing. If you do receive a faulty product please DO NOT USE and report this to weelittleones@outlook.com immediately
